What to expect from your treatment…
—
First of all, I’m truly grateful you’ve found your way here. Chances are, someone who cares about you deeply has sent you in my way - and that means a lot. Supporting you on your healthcare journey is an honour, and I aim to make every treatment as restorative, personalized, and meaningful as possible.
I see only one patient per hour, which means our time together is completely focused on you. No rushing, no distractions—just individualized care and attention tailored to your needs.
The treatment space is located downstairs—cozy, calm, and welcoming. It stays cool on even the hottest summer days and warm through the coldest days of winter.
Acupuncture
Each acupuncture session is tailored specifically to you and your individual needs. In addition to carefully selected acupuncture points, your treatment may also include complementary therapies such as acupressure, cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, and massage (see below for more about these modalities).
The needles are typically retained for 20–30 minutes. Depending on your treatment plan, I may stay with you or step out to let you enjoy a restful, restorative pause while the needles work their magic.
Acupuncture + Massage
This treatment is the ultimate healing experience with a unique fusion of Acupuncture and Massage Therapy. This highly integrated approach combines the focused effectiveness of acupuncture with the soothing, restorative power of massage. While one area of your body is gently treated with acupuncture, other areas are simultaneously massaged—creating a seamless, deeply therapeutic experience that promotes balance, relaxation, and total-body wellness.
Facial Acupuncture
This treatment is a true treat for both body and face. Enjoy a front-body acupuncture session combined with a complete facial experience—including facial massage, gua sha, and targeted needling—to enhance the flow of Qi and blood to the face. This gentle yet powerful combination helps release tension, soften features, and naturally support the lift and tone of your facial muscles.

Other Modalities
Cupping
Used in almost every one of my treatments, cupping is one of my favourite therapy types. It helps release the muscles directly, brings fresh blood to the area, and pulls on the bodies connective tissues promoting a deep release to the whole area.
*Cupping can be included free of charge in any session, or as its own 30 minute full body treatment
Moxabustion
Moxabustion/Moxa is a specialized treatment that is not used on everyone, but when you need it - it’s the BEST. It involves burning of the herb mugwart, and applying it near to or directly on the acupuncture points. It sends heat into the points and channels, creating warmth deep within the body.
Guasha
Guasha has been widely popularized by the modern beauty industry, and for good reason. When used properly, this tool is hugely beneficial for facial care. More commonly in TCM however, we use it to break up stagnation in tissues anywhere in the body.
